We are doing a thing ya’ll. A profoundly simple thing. We are helping Black folks cultivate their best lives through mindfulness. Mindfulness reduces stress. It’s scientifically and practically proven again and again. Mindfulness is not mediation. Meditation is a TYPE of mindfulness, but so is music, so is dance, so is quality time with your loved ones. Mindfulness is also the way to take care of yourself, the way you honor your elders, the way we pray. Black folks are mindful in many different ways, and we have been for generations. BlackFULLness is about tapping into that mindfulness in order to save our lives. Let’s get our minds right!
